Welcome to my commission page! This is where all info you need to know about ordering art from me resides.

If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to ask me via email or Discord.

Do you like my exaggerated, surreal, weird, imperfect, cartoony and wonky art style? Do you CRAVE cute artworks of your selfships with your fictional darlings? If you say YES to any of these questions, that’s kool!

But before you buy art from me, you must first read thru my TOS, look thru my commission types, and then initiate a commission via requesting on Ko-fi. DO NOT use the one-time support option for ordering commissions, as this will register as a tip/donation and not register a commission slot and you won’t be able to get refunded.

Further communications will be taken via email or Discord (riabun), whichever you prefer. Ko-fi DMs can be an alternate contact method if you prefer it.

All prices listed are in USD and are shown for personal use. As I'm new to taking commissions, I currently do not accept commercial use commissions. You can convert USD into your country's currency using the widget below.

Color Burst - $15

A quick drawing reminiscent of 90s cartoon screenshots. Half body by default. Comes with filters and versions without filters. Simple and abstract backgrounds included.

Rough Drawing - $25

A quick and slightly more rendered drawing of the character(s) with simple color palettes and designs. Half body by default. Simple and abstract backgrounds included.

Experimental Illustration - $40

A more detailed artwork of the character(s) in varying styles. Simple and abstract backgrounds included. Will be half body by default, but bust shots can be requested. Bust shots will be significantly more detailed than half and full body artworks.

• Scenic Background (rooms, beaches, etc) - +$20, prices may rise depending on complexity

• Non-human characters: objects, monsters, animals (mainly anthro, feral is not my strong suit right now so it’s unlikely I accept them for the time being), creatures, pretty much anything

• Fictional blood and light to moderate gore (Think of gore from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. Also includes stylistic gore such as candy. However, NO EYE TRAUMA AT ALL.)

NO!

• NSFW (even if Paypal DID allow it, I still won't draw NSFW commissions.)
• Suggestive, nudity and pinups of underaged characters (also includes “aging up” those characters for such purposes)
• Very detailed designs (example: Genshin Impact characters. You CAN request characters with a lot of details, but they will be simplified)
• Bodily waste and sexual fluids
• Fetishes (fetish baiting and seemingly innocuous fetishes also fall under this)
• Politics
• Incest (step and adopted also counts)
• Pedophilia (this also includes characters deliberately designed to look under the age of 18 and toddlers that are actually 4 million year old dragons or some other weird stuff like that)
• Rape
• Zoophilia and bestiality regardless of sapience (also includes Pokemons and My Little Pony characters)
• Abuse
• Complex mecha (not yet at least) and complex machinery
• Hateful art
• Gender swaps
• Heavy Armor
• Large scale projects such as multi page comics

Contact:

• Communications will be done through email, Discord, or Ko-Fi messages can also be used as an alternative contact method if needed.
• Please do NOT message me on Twitter or Bluesky. I don’t use social media very much anymore, and I mostly use it now for posting art, sharing whatever art I come across that I like, and then closing out.
• Rude and hateful communication is not tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it happens.
• I have rights to terminate the commission if there is no communication from the client (you) within 3 weeks. If the client responds after 3 weeks, you can choose to resume the commission or terminate it entirely.
• I will send updates through the sketch and finalization phases to receive any feedback. You can request for updates at any time. These previews will be sent in a lower quality .JPG format.

Delivery

• I usually finish artworks pretty quick, usually an art piece takes under 2 hours not taking breaks into consideration. This does NOT mean you will earn your artwork 2 hours after payment, just to clarify. The completion time may extend depending on the complexity such as couple poses and backgrounds.
• Physical delivery of the artwork is not an option because I am providing digital art. You can however print them for your own use.
• You will be sent a 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) PNG file of the finished artwork that will be delivered via email or a Google Drive file.
• If the artwork comes with a filter, a non-filtered version will also be sent.
• Layered files such as .PSD or .CLIP (Clip Studio Paint files) are not provided unless requested.

Payments, prices and refunds

• I require full payment upfront. I will not begin the artwork until payment is fully received.
• I do NOT accept any form of cryptocurrency.
• Full refunds can be requested for art that has not yet been started. 50% refunds can be offered when the artwork is only partially done but left unfinished due to unforeseen circumstances.
• NO REFUNDS ON COMPLETED ARTWORKS.
• Prices may rise depending on the complexity of the artwork. If you are unsure on whether your commission idea will incur a complexity fee, feel free to contact me before requesting on Ko-fi.

References

• To make sure I stay true to the characters, a description of them such as their personalities are greatly appreciated.
• Pose references are optional. They do not need to be detailed, even stick figures work!
• References generated by AI will NOT be accepted.

Edits

• All adjustments during the sketch phase are free. This is the best phase to request for changes, the sooner the better and easier!
• In the finalization phase (broad term used on purpose, in the case I make the artwork lineless in the experimental art order category), small adjustments are free, while major adjustments will come with a price. However I CANNOT do extreme changes such as composition, poses, and sizes of the characters by this point.

Usage

• Commissioned works are non-commercial by default and cannot be used for profit.
• I do NOT own the property of any of the characters drawn, UNLESS the client requests to draw any characters I made.
• Artworks I provide in commissions may be used for things such as commission examples, posting on my social media, and uploading it to my art gallery. Please let me know if you do not want me to use your commission in such things.
• However, if my own characters are involved in the commission, they WILL be posted onto my social medias, put into my main art and commission galleries and posted onto the character’s Toyhouse pages. If your character(s) are involved alongside mine and you don’t want your character to be shown as I post them, let me know beforehand and they will be censored out.
• The client can use the art provided freely as long as credit to me is given, but CANNOT be used for generative AI usage, including training and generation.
• Reposting and sharing my art is allowed but please provide credit to me.

Miscellaneous

• My time zone is Central Time. Responses may be delayed for people outside of North America.
• Responses will be delayed on Mondays and Fridays due to working a part time job.
• I have every right to turn down a commission if it makes me uncomfortable, if I feel I cannot do it justice, or if it falls under the DON’Ts section.
• Be patient with me. I'm pretty new to this whole taking commissions thing, plus I'm introverted!
• Attempts to negotiate with me on anything in the DON’Ts section will result in turning you down.
• By commissioning me, you pay me to use my own style, therefore characters will be stylized with my own touch and creative liberty, but NEVER at the risk of making them unrecognizable.
• If I go on a vacation, or an emergency or major life event occurs that hinders my ability to draw, delivery will be delayed and I will let you know ASAP.
• The commissioner must be aged 18 or older to order a commission. By ordering, the client is has stated they have read the TOS and is 18 or older. While there there really is no true way for me to know that the client is an adult (and no I will NOT ask for an ID, you should NOT be sending your IDs because it is dangerous to share your sensitive info like that on the internet especially to strangers), if I find out the client is a minor, the commission will be terminated, and I will issue a full refund if it hasn’t been started yet, and no refunds during the sketch or finalization stages.
